The people
Directors Joy and John Lamb have a wealth of information and knowledge accumulated over many years of personal and business involvement in the horticulture and export sectors.

Joy holds a Diploma of Landscape Design. Her business background includes three years as Business Development Manager for the New Zealand Trade Centre. She has had a further ten years experience in a variety of sales and marketing positions including four years with manufacturing export companies.

John manages a technology support group for an insurance company. His roles within the company have ranged from software development and support, to managing core computing infrastructure.

He holds a Masters Degree in Horticultural Science. For the first 16 years of his career he focused on farm and horticultural management with the NZ MAF. Consultancy and economic analysis with orchardists, viticulturists, vegetable and greenhouse growers provided a solid base to participate in several national studies within the export and energy sectors of the industry.
